Helpful information for families

Lessons are paid monthly by subscription, which secures your child’s place in class and provides consistent weekly lessons. The subscription amount remains the same each month, regardless of the number of lessons in that month. Full details can be found on our pricing and policies page.

We require one full calendar month’s notice to cancel a subscription. Notice must be given in writing before the start of the final month. This allows lessons to continue during the notice period.

If your child misses a lesson due to illness, holidays, or other commitments, we’re unable to offer refunds. Information about credits and make-up lessons can be found in our policies.

Viewing arrangements vary by venue. Some pools offer poolside seating, while others provide viewing areas away from the pool. Venue pages include specific details.
